What makes “good” coffee? Well, there’s commodity coffee and specialty coffee. At 8 Espressos, we provide you with specialty coffee. That means, the Specialty Coffee Association of America has rated it 84 points or higher (kinda like wine). Our purveyors also ensure they only purchase the highest quality coffee beans, sourced “direct trade” from farms located mostly in East Africa and Central America where coffee is grown at the highest elevations (above 5,500 feet), giving it distinct flavor characteristics only found in the highest quality coffee beans.
What makes us unique? Working with our roasting partner, we developed a custom espresso blend made up of three distinct single-source coffee beans. Our espresso, used in many of our drinks, is truly one of a kind! You can only get it at 8 Espressos. Come taste for yourself.
